Well the guys tell me that was a storming weekend with some fantastic game play- and they hope you folks enjoyed it as much as they did. A big thanks to all of those that came along to join us.

Ive posted the first set of images from the Test shoot on saturday to the website and they can be viewed here:

http://web.me.com/ma...ds/Welcome.html

Ive also started a blog page for the site which I (hopefully) will be updating on a regular basis with news, game dates and event information which I think you can subscribe to. It also has a comment and feedback section.

The games went . . . . loud. And then a bit louder with a few blinding flashes, cause pyro is king when fighting inside buildings.
Games were really good, site shoots fantasticaly well.

Yes the filmsim finale on Saturday the 3rd is at Honiley.

Meet up at The Grange first then convoy across at 9 o'clock.

Hi mate

Yep shop will be open on site, plus the kitchen will be as well for that all important bacon sandwich.
We will also have a shop on site for bb's and pyro during the day.

With less than 10 minutes remaining before UN forces forced the surrender of both Royalist and Parlimentarian high commands, an act that would have ended the war with no further bloodshed, Royalist troops won a desperate gun fight against Parlimentarian and UN troops for the 2 launch control rooms at RAF Honiley. With 8 minutes left they armed the two over ride devices they had and took control of the launch consoles.
5 minutes to launch - UN and Parlimentarian forces begin harrasing the Royalist forces
2 minutes to launch - all attempts to wittle down the number of defenders in the control rooms have failed
60 seconds to launch - an all out Parlimentarina assault decimates the Royalist defenders in the lower launch control room
10 seconds to launch - the last Royalist soldier in the lower control room is still managing to hold off the Parlimentarian assault.
Launch
3 nuclear missiles fired on London

The war is over, the UN have recalled all forces, the Parlimentarian high command are dead their foces scattered.
King Charles is the undisputed ruler of the war torn, trade embargoed, post nuclear waste land that is the UK.

Now that sounded like a cool ending. Had really good fun at the new site.

Sorry I had to go, but the opportunity to get inside a Vulcan Bomber couldnt really be missed.

My Ankle is ok. Some bruising and having to currently keep it strapped to make it comftable. But it will heal.

Thanks to everyone one for a storming Film sim adventure. Brilliant story line, kept us going for ages. Look forward to the next one.

I'll be back.
