Think I need to replace the Piston head on my G&G SCAR however im a little confused about whats the better more reliable brands and whats the best type to get (metal or Plastic etc)

So I guess my first question is, whats the better brands to use for replacment/upgrade parts?

As for Piston Heads and the Cylinder, metal or poly carb piston head?

If I bought a new piston head would I need a new cylinder and cylinder head to go with it or do the heads come with the actual cylinder?

The gun has a Version 2 Gearbox as well if thats any useful help.
