My first 'Nam game, and it certainly won't be the last, really miffed I missed the first part now.
It was the perfect mix of shooting, scooting and roleplay for me, the 'banter' was fantastic both days, as were the 'death-cries', and really 'made' the game.
Thanks again to Josh, Nige and all the rest of the Crew for running it so well, and to all the 'Yanks', VC and NVA for spot-on playing.
Looking forward to the next one now, and will be modding most of my AK mags to only hold 35 BBs very soon...
Help rid the Airsoft world of tamiya plugs, they have no right to be on anything more powerful than a Duracell bunny!
Deans plugs; they should really be blue, and have a little 'V' stamped on them...

nice to u tom ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,gazDoc, you said it mate - it was a great weekend! It was one of the best Nam weekenders I've been to and I can't wait to attend another Gunman event. A big and hearty thanks to Josh, Marc and all the Gunman team for a truely great time. Highlight for me was being the engineer Sergeant with a claymore bag full of charges to detonate in each CP - I loved it!!!
Cheers again for the a great weekend.

As usual, big thanks to Josh and his crew for organising and running the event.
Gameplay and honour was top notch.
Completely shattered tonight and i've still got ringing in my ears! Thanks Tom
Loads of epic and hilarious moments, enough to keep me smiling until the next one

and while the real cap rule doesn't suit my normal style it turned out to add some real panic to some firefights.
I've moved from "it won't stop me going" to "where's the tape"

I was seriously worried about Josh sustaining injury in that last assault. I heard him calling for a mag and saw a load of guys reaching for their pouches. Luckily we heard him being given some ammo otherwise I doubt even Josh could have dodged 10 VN mags being thrown at him frpm 20 feet from all directions.
